Excellent!

These two four foot tubular light bulbs arrived broken. They were packed in a soft cardboard box, and were not marked "Fragile Handle with Care". Box arrived bent which was noted by the UPS delivery man. So much for paying $ 15.00 for shipping and handling. Would not order from this vendor again. This is the first of my many Amazon purchases which I found totally unacceptable.

Less than three weeks after installing, one bulb is out and the second is flickering.We haven't even moved in and we need more bulbs! The price was so high that we rarely used the light fixture. Very disappointed !!I gave one star because when the bulbs were working the light was beautiful.
