Definitely worth a try
I've only been taking these probiotics for a bit more than a week but thought I'd drop a review anyway. I decided to try this brand because the value for money was the best I could find. Since this would be my first go at trying out probiotics I didn't want to spend too much money and so I almost half expected these to not be that great due to their cheap price. However I must say I was quite surprised and even impressed to find that they started working rather quickly.TMI:by day 2-3 the environment in my vagina started balancing out and the previous symptoms of BV cleared up completely by day 5. My gut is in the process of readjusting to the probiotics and I'm interested to see what effect they'll have on my overall health a month down the line.I know everyone is different but I'll highly recommend this brand because of it's great results for myself but also - if they don't make a difference for you at least you didn't spend too much money.All the best!June 2019 EDIT:I've been taking these probiotics once every day since September 2018 and I honestly swear by them. I can't promise that they'll work for you but they've done wonders for me, both for my gut and vagina health. Everything seems better balanced.Personal note:My vagina's PH balance used to always be affected after having sex, almost after every single time, but since taking these - after a few months letting my body adjust to the probiotics my PH balance finally seems stable and it sorts itself out a lot quicker.Highly recommend you give it a try for a few months if you have persistent BV or similar!

Fantastic buy
I have waited for a couple of weeks since purchase to post a review and I have to say I am very pleased with this product. My tummy feels so much better and it has also helped with creating a balance of good bacteria that has helped remove symptoms of BV. I could not be more pleased and I will continue to take and purchase this product as it works for me and is excellent value for money. I’ve added to this review on 17/12/19 as I am now on my second order of this great product.! I would highly recommend.

The first probiotic that worked for me
I had a prolonged infection with multiple courses of antibiotics over several months, and for more than a year afterwards, I experienced unusual levels of anxiety (which I’d never suffered from before) and recurring thrush and urethra pain every month - ladies, you know when.I had tried different brands of probiotics (which generally gave me rubbish side effects), yoghurt and kefir (which helped somewhat), but a nutritionist recommended I give this brand of probiotics a go. What a result - within two weeks, all symptoms were resolved, and I honestly couldn’t believe it. After more than a year and multiple trips to the GP, this is what sorted it.I now don’t need to take these daily, but I take one every few days as ‘top ups’, particularly on the run up to my cycle.I was amazed having done a bit of research myself (in desperation) the link between gut bacteria and anxiety/depression (obviously depending on the root cause).Everyone’s an individual, but for me, i am so thankful to have found something that finally sorted me out!

Initial review
The product arrived swiftly and with easy to understand instructions; I am using the product to replenish my ‘good’ gut bacteria after 5 different antibiotics for a hospital acquired UTI that have upset the balance of my gut bacteria significantly.I was advised of the possible initial reactions to the probiotics and am now looking forward to feeling more like my old self and continuing a healthy lifestyle.I am unable to mark the product as a 5 as I am still in the early stages of taking the probiotics and cannot confirm their use as a supplement.

Amazing
Noticed a change in my lady area and did research and found that probiotics could do the trick. I decided to buy these instead of seeing a doctor been taking these for three days and I’ve seen amazing results! No more nasty smell and not as much discharge either they helped clear my bv right up will continue to take these just in case it comes back. Would 100% recommend! Absolutely amazing! Especially for the price. Noticed change within two days of taking. Amazing!

Good value and seems to be working so far
I have been taking this product for only a week but I feel it is making a difference down below. I used to always contract infections before and after intercourse even though I've always cleansed prior and afterwards. I haven't had one in a week so whilst its early days, I'm hopeful this was what I needed thank you

UTI Game changer!
After two UTIs in a row with antibiotics (and still not feeling so good after the 2nd round of them) I decided to try these based on the reviews. Well...I feel like a new woman! Not only have these regulated everything down there but my stomach is noticeably less bloated, I now go to the loo regularly (like clockwork, same time) and my overall wellbeing has improved. Deffo recommend these for anyone suffering from UTI imbalance...it’s worth every penny to start feeling great again! :)

So far, so good.
I have tried several probiotics over the past 15 months to help with digestive issues (bloating, constipation, excessive wind). The issues will always flare up around certain times of the month. I have only been taking these probiotics for 1 month but it's the first month in a very long time that I've not had to resort to laxatives to help me out. It may just be a fluke and I will update the review again after a couple of months.
