I am a tall (6‘4“) bald man who has had, and is still subject to, bumping his head on doorways, low overhanging, branches, and other lower than expected hanging items. Because of this, the top of my head is very scarred from life itself, and is often covered in scabs from bumping injuries. There is no disease present, the scabs come from bumping my head, and not paying attention where I’m going. My scalp is a mess.I purchased this product to help massage away scars and scabs on the top of my head. It ends up that it works pretty well. When I use this product with my standard head shampoo, it exfoliates well, and the scabs are reduced, and the scars appear less prominent on my head.My scalp has smoothed out substantially, but there is still work to do. I’ll continue to use this product until the jar is empty, and then make a final evaluation as to whetherthe product will be a regular part of my scalp maintenance. So far, so good.

I had never used a scalp scrub before this so it might have been a learning curve, but I initially grabbed a scoop and went straight to my head like conditioner, but when trying to rub it in it got moreso stuck in my hair and didn’t make it to my scalp. Once I roughly sectioned my hair and applied it straight to the scalp, it was nice. Not super emollient though.

At first I didn’t know what to expect-I’ve heard so much around scalp health lately so decided to go for this product. I used it with one of those “scalp scrubbers” and it was fabulous! I sectioned my hair (I have thick semi wavy hair) and “scrubbed” it in. I have a couple dry areas which it really exfoliated. I also tried it on my son who also has a little bit of dryness since he was a baby which it also worked. It’s definitely a new thing that will be part of my routine as I felt like it really made a difference for my scalp.

I have tried Cake to clean my scalp and remove built up product on my hair.i thought i would try a more natural approach the product can be used on color treated hair.I was not impressed. did not feel clean and felt heavy. i used shampoo after.

I love my everyone 3-in-1 soap and my Everyone lotion. I do not love the scalp scrub. I expected it to be grainy and give a decent scrub. Instead, it was gooey and didn't really scrub anything. After my scalp, I tried it on my hands with the same result. I could barely feel the tingle I would normally expect from Eucalyptus. I'm sad; I love the brand, but not this product.

This should be a finer texture for your scalp.

Who doesn't like a head massage? I decided to try this especially because of the Peppermint and Tea Tree scent which is so refreshing. I had a little trouble at first in my application but I followed the advice of separating the hair and it worked much better. Taking the time to work this in and massage my scalp was energizing and actually did leave my head feeling cleaner. I will keep this part of my routine!

I’ve never used a scalp scrub before but loved the ingredient list on this one. Nothing harsh, harmful, or irritating. I have long hair so it’s hard to get this throughout my scalp when hair is wet.
