Just love it
I really only use it for dinner parties and barbecues. It is wonderful. I put cannons of lamb, chicken breasts or fillets in for an hour before I need them and just flash them in a very hot pan and serve. Means I am able to sit with guests and not spend all my time in the kitchen watching food cook and you don't even have to rest the meet after cooking.

Product was scratched and appears to be reconditioned. The item should default to centigrade but starts on Fahrenheit and this cant be changedI need to use this at the weekend else I would have returned it.Suggest you use another seller

I was very excited to get this product, however I was disappointed to get a brand new product already scratched on panel.Haven’t tried yet.

Amazing product. With a little bit of learning
Amazing product. With a little bit of learning, I have been cranking out the best chicken and steaks I've ever eaten. Seriously this thing has changed my life. I've used it almost every day since I bought it. You can google all sorts of recipes for various Sous Vide cooking, but for the device itself is stupid easy to use. Plug it in, set the temp, turn it on.My only advice, is if you are cooking over a long period of time, be sure to use a large pot and more water than you need. We cooked a skirt steak over 8 hours the other day (which came out amazing) and noticed a fair bit of water had evaporated off. If the water drops too low, the machine will stop.
