Fantastic mass gainer,for my balanced i use less then what is advise,but after workout or as breakfast or pre_ bed ,this product is what i was looking for.1 scoop give me 47 gr of good carb,slowly realesed and that can help me to sleep well all night or haveing energy for 2/3 hr
