Love the covers, not the attachments
In my case, the way the attachment to the ceiling worked out, one pot rack arm is secured to the ceiling by the sheetrock only and one side is directly into a joist. Therefore, I had to use one joist screw hook and one of the toggle attachments. The screws to hold the covers to the toggle attachments do not work with the joist screw hook. So I was left with being able to secure one cover but not the other. For those of you who find yourself with this situation because ceiling joists are usually 16" on center, so you would never have both arms secured into a joist or just the sheetrock, this is what I recommend.I went to the hardware store and purchased black, cup-like rubber washers that had center holes that fit tightly on the threaded part of the joist hooks as well as the plastic toggle hangers. I then worked them up to tightly hold both covers to the ceiling. Enclume should have realized this challenge for customers who purchase these covers and provided this type of "hook screw." Maybe they will hire me to design it for them!Other than that practical and very important installation issue, the covers look great.

... my rectangular pot rack for installation on 8' ceiling(as recommended by Enclume for ceiling less than 9')
Bought this with my rectangular pot rack for installation on 8' ceiling(as recommended by Enclume for ceiling less than 9'). The height of the arms are 6 inches from the ceiling. So, the rectangular pot rack would hang in its original configuration, 16'' from the ceiling, so these Low Ceiling arms raise the rack by 10''. While this is a good thing if you have 8'' ceiling, so when you hang pots and pans they do not obstruct the view or bang your cabeza, it does not allow you to customize height for end user, this certainly is one size fits none! It would not be hard to design a sliding arms that the can screwed in a way to customize the height of your rack. So, with these arms if you are short, some pots and pans without long handle could be hanging too high to reach. The end result is, 6'' of space between grid and ceiling, too little clearance and too high to store anything(pot lids) on top of the grid.I also think, Enclume should allow the customer to pick the arms they need while purchasing the rack and price accordingly. Most home have 8' ceiling and the Amazon site wrongly indicates that Enclume racks with their long reach arms are fine for ceiling height of 8-9 feet, whereas the Enclume website clearly indicates need for these arms for for ceiling of 8' or less. This is just a ploy to sell more. For these reasons they are 3 stars worth.

Not what had in mind
I was expecting the same quality when I purchased the original pots and pan rack. Plus it's not painted, great disappointment. The orientation of the hook are not what I needed. But I just adjust my pots. Too expensive for the quality.

A must for lower ceilings
We bought the pot rack, and while it was great, it hung a little too low from our 8 foot ceilings, causing the occasional head bang. I was hesitant to buy this, because I didn't realize how much of a difference it makes in the height. I thought it would only raise the rack up a few inches or so. I was very wrong, it raised it probably a good 8-12 inches. Enough to get it completely out of the way. It's not so high that we can't reach the pots though, and my wife and I are both around 5 foot 9". The only issue is that now we can't put any lids or pots on top of the rack, one because it's too high now, and two, there's only about a 5 inch clearance between the rack and the roof. Another good thing about these is they change the rack so it is solidly attached to the ceiling (no more balancing the pots and pans so the rack doesn't lean). All in all very much worth the extra 20 bucks.

Good product but not for use with j-hook hangers.
Product is well made. The one issue to be aware of is that this is intended to be used with toggle bolt mounts, not ceiling hooks. The Amazon listing does not mention this but it is indicated in the documentation that comes with the product. There are two nuts, included with the covers, which thread onto the bolt and secure the covers against the ceiling. A j-hook screwed into the ceiling joist does not provide the necessary threading to use the nuts. #Note: toggle bolts supported by dry-wall will limit the weight capacity compared to use of j-hooks in the joist.

... Enclume ceiling pot rack in the studs and were disappointed to discover that these covers only worked with the ...
My husband and I were able to hang the Enclume ceiling pot rack in the studs and were disappointed to discover that these covers only worked with the drywall Snaptoggles, and not the wood hooks. Fortunately, my husband solved the problem by using two eye hooks for wood and two additional S hooks to attach the chain to the eye hooks. He also bought 2 small, black rubber grommets to sandwich between the outside of the ceiling covers and eye hooks. It looks great and the problem was easily solved after the quick trip to the hardware store.

I am sure they are perfect
I ordered these to go with a pot rack (love it!) as they were recommended several times in other reviews of said rack. They guy that installed they rack said they were not necessary and so I can't really judge but these covers have very positive reviews and I will not drop the rating because *** did not use them. I have kept them and fully plan of putting them myself after the holidays

Fake Enclume. Do not buy these.
These were counterfeit. I have the real Enclume hook and these were nothing like the real ones. Light weight, and painted grey rather than the true Enclume finish. I threw them in the trash.
