Battery case is faulty. Only charging intermittently, even when it needs to be charged. And when attached to the iPhone, the iPhone is also now only charging intermittently as well, even when the iPhone X needs to be charge. When the case is removed, and the charging cable is connected directly to the iPhone X, the iPhone X charges as it should. But when the case is off the iPhone X, and the charging cable is connected directly to the case, it is only charging intermittently. Something faulty about the charging mechanism of the case. That is a huge disappointment since the point of having this battery case is to be able to fully charge and have it available to charge the iPhone X when its battery runs down during the day. I do not recommend this product.

pros:-charges phone over 100%-uses lighting portcons:-large: thick battery more than double the phones thickness-no screen bevel, you don't need much to protect the screen from an accidental fall, but this case has none- very little side protection, its there but it probably wont do much- mine died after the 3rd charge cycle. I think it is due to the flimsy (not MFI) male lightning connector, it showed signs of a short.-no headphone over lighting port support.-button is hard to press, you need to have long nail or use a tool (like car keys) to turn case on.

Not really a whole lot more than I can say about this little device that already hasn't been said. I working very remote areas and go through battery life on my iPhone X very quickly. Very nice to have a nice back up for extended life and usage.

For 7 months flawless, and i'm saying outstanding performance, which is why i gave it 5 stars. Worked as advertised. I couldn't believe it. Then for some reason it must have picked up a virus and just stopped working. I have tried everything, but not much you can do. So i will look to find some way to contact the seller and share my story and see if they can offer up some remedies to try, otherwise while it was feeling good it was an incredible assistant to my Iphone X.

Loved the case until I quickly realized that it wasn't actually working. It constantly makes my phone change from charge to no charge approximately 4 times per second. I didn't realize this until my phone was turned off of silent mode and heard the noise repeatedly. I gave it some time and tried a few more times to only realize it unfortunately didn't work. Since the day I realized, it has sat in a drawer. :(

I love that this uses the lightning cord to charge as well! Every other case I find uses a micro usb to charge the case this cuts down on needing to carry multiple cables!

No outer lip protection, so doesn’t protect front face at all. Purchased first week of December, and less then two months later, product fails. Only charges half way, and dies after charging my cell phone and giving less than 10% extra as opposed to the 200% more juice advertised.
