I have used these a couple of times now and I have to say they are easy to use out of the box you just connect and charge to your desktop or your mobile and off you go.The sound is good but what I didn't like was the fact that the earphones/buds themselves are quite bulky. They don't fit in my ear without feeling uncomfortable. There isn't a reason to return them as they do the job but when I used them for the first time I could only use them for a little while as they didn't sit well in my ear, hopefully, they will fit better after a few more uses.

bluetooth didn't connect on any of my bluetooth enabled devices (or my friends iPhone). So it was left on charge and retried everyday for a few days (just in case) and four days later the flash connectlight changed from flas white only to flash white, flash red combination (as it was mooted in the instruction book), was found by my devices and paired perfectly.Now I have two (I purchased three) operating correctly and well.

Sound quality is very good. No problem pairing with my Huwaei p10 phone. I'm not sure if these earphones employ any form of active noise cancelling as indicated in the product title - more like noise reduction as stated in the manual. I was not impressed in this area hence the low rating. Selecting the correct earbud from those supplied is important.

The best Bluetooth headphones I've owned to date. They pair very easily, automatically reconnect to the last device used and sound brilliant. I can skip to the previous/next track, play/pause, answer a call and when I hang up it continues playing where it left off for the call. They come with an assortment of earbuds and ear supports to ensure the best personal fit.UPDATE 29/11/18:I have just retrieved them from a 1 hour hot wash in the washing machine! They were among my gym clothes and accidentally went in too. However I have let them dry in the sun for a day (I live in Tenerife) and now they have charged up fully and connected to my phone as normal. The sound has not deteriorated, they seem to be totally unaffected by the experience. AMAZING!

Good sound quality to begin with, although felt heavy and were constantly dropping out of my ears. After nearly three months, though, they kept cutting out, so I've stopped using them. Not impressed.

Wasn't expecting much but theses are better quality than the price tag suggests. A few little niggles but a great buy
