I will say I wish it was a little bigger but not bad for the price! I like the slots for my pens and pencils. would repurchase!!

I got this case (larger main pocket, smaller side pocket with pen loops) not as a pen/pencil case but as a case for carrying small electronics and cables while traveling. My only regret is that I wish there were brighter colors available - a black pen case kind of disappears with black-lined luggage, a black laptop bag, black backpack, etc. I'm on the road as I write this, and I just spent 5 minutes trying to figure out where I'd put it in a fairly dim bedroom. Black or dark gray may be more professional, but I'm old enough to not care as much anymore.For the case itself, it's great. The construction and materials seem good quality and sturdy, both pockets are lined with a softer interior nylon layer, seams are sewed/sealed properly to not fray or have dangling threads, the zippers are good quality and sturdy (and branded with the manufacturer's name so they clearly take pride in their product). The outer pocket has sturdy loops that will hold a decent sized pen but can also (barely) fit a AAA-powered pen flashlight. For my use the smaller pocket is good for cords and the larger pocket has space for a webcam, power adapter and a few other small bits of equipment that I like keeping together rather than scattered in a larger bag.

I bought this to put a shaver in, rather than stationery. It's done the job so far but it's pretty thin, cheap-feeling material. I was expecting something a bit thicker and softer.
