Pretty solid construction, and easy to install (includes adapters if needed. .. I did not, but a nice touch). I have no worries about it as far as intended function. I knew from reviews that the weight would need tape ... no problem.My biggest problem with this unit is that the control on the sprayer should really have a third function: On/off. Perhaps this is due to me using commercial units as a dishwasher for some years during my youth. It is so important to me that I will be modifying a valve to operate as such ... reaching for the lever at the base of the unit to start/stop water flow is a pain, and slows me down enough (especially when I have one hand on the sprayer, and another holding a glass carboy!) to make it worth modifying ... is should easily take to it as the sprayer head unscrews from the hose.The "low flow" aspect of the spray is a little annoying, but not too bad. More pressure would help.The arm that sticks out horizontally from the neck of the unit, ostensibly to place the sprayer into, is not really that useful ... it gets in the way half the time, and is not really needed ... but it looks cool, and provides a place to hang a cloth or some such to drain.One reviewer mentioned they were afraid of it unscrewing and spraying water all over the place. I've thought about this while installing and using the unit, but I really have no idea how that could happen. Install it correctly and you'll have no worries.Plus, it looks cool. Did I mention that?The foam packing is not recyclable .. that's a downside. Could have been packed more ecologically-minded, I think. It was well-packed, other than that.

I've been wanting one of these single-hole, pull down faucets for a while now. I hated my old, water splatering, single-hole, gooseneck one; with its uncomfortable and limited reach. In shoping around for a new faucet, some of the pulldown ones that I saw personally, even at higher prices, did not impress me with their fit and finish, rough operation, and/or aesthetics.Installation was a cinch. It took longer to remove the previous faucet than installing the new one. I did watch the installation video by a previoous user, which did help.This faucet's design, its fit and finish, are great, and the faucet fits amazingly well with my kitchen decor. It makes me so happy to be in the kitchen washing dishes now, LOL!In terms of the ergonomics and operation of the faucet, it is flawless. Swinging the faucet around elicits a super smooth, single-finger, effortless arc movement, in either direction. Yet, it remains solidly in place once you take your finger pressure off. Also extremely responsive and smooth is the single handle, which controls the intensity of water flow. The powerful stream comes out as a laser like tube of water, which does not splatter like my old gooseneck used to do. And so does the beautiful spray mode, which is activated at the head control buttons.However, I was most pleasantly surpised by the pull down detachment of the faucet head. Some of the units I had seen in shops around town had magnetic latchs, which required your having to apply undue pressure to separate the head from the clasp, leading to a jarring action. Not this faucet; the pull down experience is extremelly smooth and effortless, yet, it feels so solid at the same time. And reconnecting the head to the clasp feels just as good as detaching it.I've bought hundreds of items from Amazon, but seldom do I feel as satisfied and happy about a prurchased item as I do with this faucet. Is there a better faucet than this one, the WEWE faucet? Maybe, who knows, but at this price point? I highly doubt it. This is a Best Buy indeed, and an incredible value.Now, I am off to wash more dishes ...if I can find them. It's all clean now.

I ordered this a s a gift for my daughter. I received the product and it looked good. After I installed it I noticed that the bracket that holds the sprayer was not parallel to the body of the faucet. This should not have passed QC. I tried to move it but was afraid I was going to break it. Not real happy with the looks. Also the water supply lines are not long enough if your water hookup is on the bottom of the cabinet as mine are.UPDATE: After posting this review I was immediately contacted by the seller. Their customer service is hands down the best I have encountered in a long time. Not only were they concerned with my issue, the sent me a video on how to fix it and offered to pay me for the extension hose I had to buy for the water supply lines. I HAVE CHANGED THEIR RATING TO A 5 STAR AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR FUTURE FAUCET NEEDS.

My faucet has been used now for several years and I am very happy with it. I saved so much money buying it here online. This product is made from good quality materials.

An absolutely gorgeous faucet! We recently renovated our kitchen and this brought the whole look together at an absolutely perfect price point! Solid, comes with base plate, some more expensive units from other manufacturers did not include the base plate. My husband installed with ease, except for the weighted unit which is supposed to clamp on the lines to retract the hose after use, it would not clasp, duck tape was the answer. Perhaps I will contact the manufacturer to see if they could send a new one...everyone is in love with the look and functionality! We are hopeful it will hold up to years of use!

well the last one that was a little different from this didn't last long in either of my homes. I'm taking a risk here in a 5 start lol because it's great so far but the others broke 1 after 5 months and 1 after a year again a little different from this that's why I ordered this one. The quality of the hose seems better then others on here. took a little while to get used to no traditional faucet ( the last had a faucet and the hose just like this one)

Quality faucet, installation wasn’t hard and looks great! The 2 spray options are nice to have, reason for not rating all 5 stars was because I wish one of the spray options was a bit stronger for tougher cleans. Regardless of that I recommend this faucet to anyone searching for a good product.
