Strong & durable, 2.5cm from tip to toe [small & mighty]
They are 2.5cm from tip to toe - see first photo. The opening can cope with a maximum diameter of 2.5mm.I worked around the small size by threading a split ring onto both items I wanted to attach then threading the hook onto one of the rings - see second photo. So attaching the two items is just a matter of hooking onto its ring. I use 40mm rings and it is not at all fiddly despite the small size of the hooks.I have been using these excellent hooks for a year now and not a single one has failed on me. I updated this review when I returned to this product page to buy a second batch so I could use the same hooks on all my rucksacks without having to swap them about.

Great but smaller than they look in the pictures
Bought these to make paracord key fobs. These are good quality and the size is OK and as stated. They do however look bigger on the website than they actually are, if you're looking for something to hook onto belt loops or similar you'll need a larger product. Not a fault of the product just take care when selecting what you're buying.

A little too small.
These are not as large as you are led to believe. The description suggests they are close to 3cm, those I received are approx 2cm, and a little too small for my needs. It's a shame, otherwise they do feel well made and robust enough.

spring hooks, perfect for lightweight uses.
They are what they say, and practical for key rings ect, came well packed and dispatched promptly. A lot smaller than I wanted, but my fault for not checking for measurements. I don't know how useful they would be for camping or hiking! Need something bigger and stronger I would think. If it is small, strong you want then these are perfect.

Just the job
Smaller than I thought, but actually just right. Great for instantly connecting things to key rings that you may want to remove easily (so the whole thing doesn't get overloaded). Quite nifty.

Robust, secure, perfect size for house keys etc.
The black paint soon chips and wears off, but otherwise great. I have a few on my keyring for things I need to be able to remove easily, but have no worry of them working loose by themselves, such as a USB memory stick, occasional keys, etc. They are the perfect size for things like Yale-type house keys, VW-type car keys, Philips Circle USB drive, etc

Very small, very handy
These are tiny, but really good, and seem to work very well - I use them for all sorts of things e.g. I have them on the cord for my MP3 earplugs so that if I accidentally pull on the cable, it doesn't pull the earphones out of my ears - I clip them to the edge of whatever I'm wearing, close to the neck - super.

Don't buy them. They are way too small for anything.
It's actually a good product. Great spring that won't come undone, nice design, works with 550 paracord. Won't buy them again though, EVER. They would cost too much to return, but I won't throw them in the bin either (that would be a waste). They're too small for most uses. Other people have uploaded photos of how small they are, but you really don't understand quite how small they really are until you hold one in your hand. Basically I ignored the warnings and paid the price (literally). Pretty pointless, haven't found a use for them yet. Unless you are using micro thread or something, these are a complete waste of time.
