A bit smelly. Makes for a great spooky photo background. It does have creases, but they are hard to see in the photos. I imagine if you let it hang over night they would mostly fall out.

I liked this enough but did not like that it comes folded and is completely wrinkled with folds —- no instructions on how to get that out Like is it ok to steam it or iron it?! So that was frustrating but overall served its purpose as a backdrop for the Halloween Party. Easy enough to hang with just tape but wasn’t super thin.

Also bought some props for a photo booth. Big hit. Everybody loved this backdrop. It's well made so you can use it multiple times.
