4 stars as it is still early days for me with this product. It seems to be a very high quality and customer service is excellent.

This is the only curcumin that has worked for me. It has really eased the pain I've felt in my joints etc more so than any other type of curcumin. I've tried curcumin in tincture form and that gave me terrible stomach cramps, I tried curcumin with black pepper and that did nothing at all. It was only when I tried this curcumin that my aches and pains started to be noticeably not as intense. I'm sure with continued regular use, it will improve things even more so as I believe it is definitely better absorbed by the body.

As a researcher in the medical field, I know that curcumin has been applied for the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases. The problem is that our body poorly absorbs curcumin. I have read about the meriva curcumin which formulated to increase the absorbance/ubtake of curcumin in our body and since then I started using it and I feel much better. I have endometriosis, and since I started the meriva I barely have any symptoms. I have encouraged also my family members to take it as many suffers from inflammatory knee problems.

I bought these as i am currently taking 500 mg curcumin but the detox symptoms are a bit heavy, so i figured that if i bought 250 mg it would lessen the detox. BUT THESE HAVE GOT 500MG PRINTED ON THE LABEL? !!!!!!!!!SO MUCH FOR THE 250 MG CLAIM. WHATS GOING ON SELLER?????

My husband and I are taking curcumin for inflammation of joints. It's too early to know if it's helping so will update in a month or two. There is no after taste as some of the previous capsules I have tried . Seller contacted me to see if I wanted more info which was good.

These seem to be better than the previous brand I bought. A genuine reduction in Ankylosing Spondilitis symptoms. Less si joint swelling and pain. I take at the same time as 2 krill oil tablets. I would recommend
