I have been a professional hair dresser forover 50 years..... THIS item is not describe to full , IT is only for young children whom would only fit as once the younger ones fit a neck size of 12-14 inch, then it would not fit to to join the waited parts , it is not even???? due to price, but Health safety as this would not fit an adult???. So as I was not going say any thing but return for refundto find that I may not entitled !!!!!!! There are many more items that is very personalised the scissors, clips and the hair rap, straighteners, rollers, eyebrow tweezers that is very close to the human bodyplus more assign to health safetyit is an insult to people of knowledge!!! but one item that is only on top of a cover also a towel underneath is an insultbut not refundable then I would like some to tell WHY please some one reply to maxinemacquire@yohoo.com
