This works very well for me. I wear it in the evening before bedtime to help my bruxism. It helps to relax the jaw muscles. It fits well and has an excellent design with nothing covering the ears, which allows you to hear while wearing it. The packs do tend to cool off somewhat quickly (since they are small), but it still provides warmth just wearing it.

I have debilitating migraines which cost me my last job. My Neurologist discovered that I also have TMJ which is exacerbating my migraines. A dentist confirmed the TMJ Diagnosis. I purchased a cheaper product to apply heat and cold in the areas affected by TMJ however it was difficult to make this product stay in place. I saved my last few dollars and purchased the cradle. The cold cradle is fantastic. It fits well and provides relief for approximately a half hour. The heat cradle fits well however only hold heat for about 5 minutes. My Dentist recommends the use of heat more than ice so unfortunately I am back to using the previous product purchased to apply heat. I'm am very disappointed in the heat cradle. I hope the Dr's that created the cradle look into ways to have the heat cradle sustain heat for a longer period of time.

I made homemade hot packs until I found this. My husband uses it 2-3 times daily due to chronic masseter muscle pain &headaches. He says the product fits well because the straps are adjustable and it's comfortable. He doesn't use the ice packs-only the heat because it helps relax the facial muscles some. The product is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for!

The beads that are warm to press against jaw are hard and immovable. Very uncomfortable

This is an amazing product!!! It helps with my migraines (any my wife uses it for her TMJ)- I don't know what I would do without it! Highly recommend this product to anyone with migraines or TMJ.It is so much better than other inferior products out there!

Bought because I was desperate for pain relief, but this does not help (even though I really wanted it to). Even though it is extremely expensive, the hot cradle stays warm for only about 5 minutes, making it ineffective.

It was for my wife. Both she and her physical therapist thought it was terrific.

I love this product. Definitely worth the cost compared to cheaper alternatives.
