Very reliable and accurate.
I suspected our furnace was leaking propane gas, and this detector confirmed it immediately.We ended up calling the utility company out, and their readings matched the PPM displayed by this unit. So I'm very impressed that a gas alarm under twenty dollars matched their $300+ combustible gas readers.I wish there were better instructions included. We noticed sometimes the voice/siren combo alarm would go off a couple times, and other times it would repeat 8-9 times. Is that correlated to a higher PPM reading? I don't know, the manual didn't say. I assumed so, but it would've been nice to have an actual manual to reference.

Weird buzzing.
Makes a weird whistling/buzzing noise constantly. It's not that loud, but it's pretty annoying.

Can't trust this one
I tested it on my gas stove. I let the gas out for 1 minute but it did not trigger the alarm. I need a more sensitive detector for sure.
