I bought this set for my 8th grade son. Compass is really hard to keep steady to draw good circle. The rest of the kit is ok and not bad for the price.Also, the rulers are metric (centimeters/millimeters) not inches, in case if that matters for your particular student.

It's very nice, but smaller than I expected. It's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. I wish the description provided measurements.

OMG! I am beyond pissed! This set came half empty and it was sealed! My question is, how blind was the employee that they couldn’t see it was missing most of the contents? I had to go the nearest pharmacy and buy another. It was the same brand, but a different color. My daughter will get over the color not matching her school supplies though.

Quality of material is not good.

Don't waste your time, find another compass. Set seemed perfect but pencil on compass slips leaving you with a messy circle.

Excellent service, great value and prompt delivery. Very sturdy and it draws a perfect circle. Opening and closing the container it is in is rather fiddly. Got all the essential items my boy needs.
