This is a must have! I just cooked Brats on the main rack without standing over them on Med without any flame up! Browns and grill marks thru the mat!

Nothing what I expected.

We used this in our outdoor grill, withheld hear really good, the only thing is you have to make sure it's hot before putting beef or chicken in it or it will be a mess to clean up, I also didn't know you can use these to bake in the oven with, I used it to make applesauce fruit roll up and it worked perfect.

The sheet is smaller than described. It looks like a black plastic sheet that you put under the rocks in your flower bed to keep the weeds from growing. It's so thin, about as thin as typewriter paper, plus it curls unless you cover the whole area with food to be cooked. Kind of hard to get the curl out so you can try to cook on it again in the future. Cost is too high, too. Should be $3.00 each including shipping and taxes. Better off going to Walmart or Goodwill to get a Teflon cooking/baking sheet, even for your grill!
