Added Bluetooth To My Motorcycle for $15!
I am still giggling like schoolgirl over this purchase! I ride a Victory Cross Country motorcycle, with a 30-pin integrated iPod connection, feeding the AUX channel on my head unit. That would be fine, IF I carries an iPhone, but I carry a Lumia 1520 Windows Phone. I have an XBox Music subscription, which basically gives me access to most music on the planet, but no way to access it on the bike. I have a 120Gb iPod Classic, that I have had hooked up to the bike, but I can only listen to my purchased music with it and have to update the iPod manually, where as I can stream, or dl anything on the phone, including music, podcasts, and even Nokia Here Drive+ voice-guided, turn-by-turn navy directions. So. I was researching Bluetooth solutions, and I found some that were low cost but required hacking into the wiring harness. I thought about the problem, and found several iPod dock Bluetooth adapters, which all had possibilities, but some were analog only, or had 3.5mm out jacks, etch. I settled on the Otis adapter, after checking out a large selection, of adapters, available here on Amazon. The form factor, the features, and the price were perfect (or so I hoped). I was tired of the same ol' music, from the iPod. I really wanted to use that phone, on my bike! So, the little Otic showed up, on my doorstep, in to days, and after finishing my happy dance, it was time for the moment of truth. I opened the saddlebag, and unplugged the venerable iPod. Then I plugged in the Otis adapter. The little blue light on top started flashing, and I attempted to pair it with my phone. For some reason, the phone wasn't seeing the adapter, but after a couple presses on the pairing button, on top of the adapter, I saw it recognized by the phone. I tapped its name, on my phone's screen, and they paired effortlessly. No PIN required. There were some melodic chirps, from my bike's speakers, and, bam!, she was paired! Now as son as I turn on the bike, the adapter lets out those chirps, and they automatically pair. No taking off the fairing, or hacking the wiring harness to death (and my warranty, with it)! I love the clear sound quality, and simplicity of use. Victory's own Sena Bluetooth solution , would have set me back more then $350. This works just as well, and best of all, ONLY COST ME $14! I know that I was reading tons of reviews for evidence that someone, with the same need I had, had had success, with adding an easy Bluetooth solution, to their bike. Well, I hope that this helps someone, because it works. If you have a victory motorcycle, with the integrated 30-pin connector, and want Bluetooth this will work. Caveat: you can't swap tracks, playlists, etch, via the bikes controls, with this. You have to use the phone itself. Luckily for me, the Nokia Lumia phones have a super sensitivity setting for using the screen, with gloves on, so that's not an issue, but I wanted to mention it, in case someone was wondering.

Functions well, but quality is sub-par.
Using this with my Alpine stereo in my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9. On the standard "iPod" setup, it does not function, just powers on and pairs. Switched on the "Aux+", which seems to takeover the iPod cable and make it act like a standard audio-only Aux port. It works perfectly from there.Pros:-Functions as designed, but without radio to iPod controls; no pause/play, previous/next track, etc.-Easy pairing. Press the button once, the blue led blinks faster, device sees the unit, pair it, done.-Small and light. Easy to hide and a simple design.-Stays paired through power cycles and reconnects with device after 5 or so seconds after being powered back on.Cons:-The unit feels cheap, but that's what you get with a $15 item.-Gets warm. I hadn't used the device for more than 5-10 minutes and it started to heat up. We'll see how this works over time.-Makes hissing sounds. Yes, the device hisses and buzzes along the whole time. Luckily I have it in my glove box so it's no issue.-Channels background noise and whines through my stereo. This may be due to my Subwoofer Amp wiring, but it is about 3x as bad as when it's just an iPod plugged into the Stereo's iPod cable.-Does not pause song when powered down/disconnected which could annoy some users. Not a big deal for me.Note - 8/6/2014-The audio occasionally skips during playback. Not enough to be obnoxious, but enough to be a little bit annoying. Also, Bluetooth 3.0 with EDR? That's not a thing. I'm beginning to wonder if it's really a v2.1+EDR unit.

Worth it for $15, but limited range is an issue.
works great at 5ft away, but don't expect it to work reliably any further than that. It has occasional hiccups at 10 ft away, and is useless at 15ft.The bluetooth 3.0 spec is not true, its probably just Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR.The blue pairing light is annoying at night when its not connected.I guess it's not bad for 15 bucks, but I expected something over my MPOW bluetooth 30-pin adapter. It appears to be slightly nicer with a pairing button, but range and quality are identical.

Looks OK... connects fine... sounds tiny and muddled... avoid this dongle!
Got this to replace a similar Mpow adapter which I gave away to a friend... the sound volume and quality is significantly worse on this OTIC dongle. I have to turn up the stereo pretty much to 100% to get to an acceptable volume level at the risk of destroying my speakers and/or my eardrums if my car suddenly switches to radio or if a call comes in. I've had and gifted many of these little BT adapter dongles, this is by far the worst I've tried, even at full volume the music sounds tiny, devoid of bass. Look for a better dongle, there's tons on amazon, steer clear of this one.

Not bad
The good: It's cheap, it works great with my iPhone 5s and whatever dock I plug it into, it has a 'pair' button on it, it doesn't have an annoyingly bright blinky light on it.The Bad: No matter how nice I ask it will not make coffee for me, You can only pair one device to it at a time, the controls that previously worked with a docked device no longer function(this is true of any of these bluetooth dock receivers)

The best Bluetooth dongle for a Victory Cross Country Motorcycle!
I bought this to work with my 2012 Victory Cross Country Tour, Which came with factory iPod integration, But no other source for media. This little dongle plugs into the bikes male 30 pin connector perfectly and the bluetooth pairs quickly with all devices. I tried my iPhone 6+ and a buddies Samsung S5 and its perfect!

Does not work in Audi A4
I bought this to use in my 2010 Audi A4 w/o nav. However, it failed to initialize through the Audi Music Interface. I tried it out with an older iHome and it worked fine. The unit is easy to use and easy to connect your phone or bluetooth device too. I subtracted 1 star since it didnt work for my intended purpose, but besides that, it does exactly what its supposed to.
