if L'ange didn't work for you but you like the design, this is for you! this was my 3 tool to try and finally I got it right! l'ange is a good brand but for me, if the plate material isn't ceramic it doesn't hold and this one is it also opens up to fit hair in and is made of more heavy duty material

I loved how it performed- I was so happy, but now the thermostat or something isn't working. I have only had it for 2 months --- too late to return and I paid approx. $60 for only 2 months use. It seems to be getting too hot also, I can smell it-- it wasn't like that at first.

Incredible value for money compared with outrageously expensive products. Couldn’t be happier!!

I regret only checking to see if the item heated up and the fan came on before throwing out the box. I tried using it as a flatiron on my hair and there is a gap between the plates so the hair just slid through and since there isn't an actual way to clamp harder like with other models, it did nothing. The curl aspect didn't even work right because of the gap. I don't recommend this item. It looks great, heats very well, & is a neat concept but it isn't functional which makes it useless.

Do not waste your money. The airflow is minimal. Hair slides right out before it curls.I ordered another reputable tool. Sometimes you get what you pay for. I wish I could return it, but the window closed after only having it for three weeks. Buyer beware.
