It is an Excellent Parking Puck.
I have two of these. One keeps my motorcycle from tipping over when I park on soft surfaces. The other (my spare) is doing service as an excellent coaster on my desk until I lose the other. It is sturdy, works well with all kickstands and looks good. I highly recommend this product.
