Q: does this use the same holes as the mounting bracket for the ford bed extender? id like to be able to have this installed while using the bed extender

I don’t know . Ours just went on the normal Ford truck bed

Q: Are these boxes compatible with the bedrug bedliner? or can the bedrug liner be added later? currently have hard plastic liner.

It’s high enough to not hit my factory spray in bed liner . Plenty of room . It’s 1 inch above the bed liner when installed

Q: Why is the passenger side so much more expensive than driver's side box?

If it is , it’s because the mounting brackets would have to be different . I would not want it on the drivers side . It may block the Electrical Outlet or LED light for the bed .
