I have suffered from blepharitis flare-ups for several decades, and the most recent required two visits to Urgent Care and seemed excessive in terms of undereye puffiness/swelling, overall redness and itching, and general duration. Most eyelid wipes I've tried geared toward blepharitis lead to dryness in the healing eyelid area, which is already sensitive from using baby shampoo or whatever we've been trying when the latest flare-up hits. I was going crazy from the itching this time, so ordered both the Demodex Control Therapeutic Towelettes and a bottle of eyelid cleanser/make-up remover (separate review). I expected to be disappointed, but I found both products quite helpful. The wipes do not sting or burn upon use, as many others do, even when the lid and under-eye area may still be inflamed and swollen. I would advise being gentle when using them, of course. Even though my eyes have returned to "normal," I am using both Demodex wipes and make-up remover daily, just in case. These are somewhat pricey considering you only receive 14 in the box, but receiving more of another brand is pointless if they aren't effective; Demodex was effective for me. The Demodex Towelettes arrived as described, with excellent packaging, fast shipping, and I would purchase from seller again in the future.

I don't know how well it against Demodex yet as I have just had it a few days. But so far is quite soothing to my very itchy eyelids. So so far that's an A+. I have to say that some of the things some of my doctors have told me to use were awful, so far this one is not. When I see my cataract surgeon later this week I'll ask him if it seems to be working and pass that on to you guys. And I will do this because having very itchy eyelids is a terrible way to live.One of the had meant in it. How would anybody think that putting mint anywhere near your eyes is a good idea cuz trust me it was not. I realize you don't put it in your eyes but come on man has fumes, it also had no tea tree oil in it which seems to be paramount, and the success of this particular medication and I rub. Think I have already given it a bad review and if I haven't I plan to. Do not use it unless you don't mind Netflix burning your eyes up, if you don't mind go right ahead. But it does not have any of the stuff in it that I've read gets rid of dust mites on your eyelashes. Also it seems to be a common concern for almost everybody, what they found comforting because I thought I was the only one and it made me feel dirty and I wasn't. I said a number cuz I have the allergies and every single living person on the planet has dust mites on their body, everyone. Just sometimes they're more active than other times. Also they are considered vital to your Skin's health because they eat the dead skin cells, so we need them. So anyway that's my two cents and I'm sticking to it

After suffering with itchy eyelashes for some time now, wasn't too hopeful would find something to stop the itch, but decided to give it a try. And YES, they really do work! Soothed the itch after using it for first time today. Six hours later and my eyes still feel pretty good. Will keep using these every day til I use these up, then will buy more if I need to. But so far, love this product.

Ive been using this brand for about a month now and love have clean and refresh my eyes feel after each use. I have also notice less dry eye irritation and flare ups. Wish they had more in the package. I do have to squeeze some of the liquid from it before use for quicker drying. Will continue to buy this brand.

These wipes stopped my allergy itching burning eye pain immediately!And they healed my ' crusty' eyelids.I had actually made an appointment with my doctor because my eyes were hurting so much. And as soon as I tried these, all my eye problems stopped.I was out to dinner with a friend and her eyes started itching burning and turning red fro the night air. I handed her a towelette and she had Immediate! Relief.I hope this helps you get relief too!

I like the price and the convenience of the packaged wipes but cannot give this more than a mediocre rating. One of the major treatment ingredients is patchouli oil which may smell very nice to some. However, it may also be irritating to the skin and has poor treatment efficacy. I certainly don't want it near my eyes along with the lavender oil also in the ingredients. My blepharitis didn't get any worse but it didn't go away either. There is actually very little in the ingredients that I want to put near my eyes. The other available wipes, which are really expensive and really sting, eliminate all blepharitis and the associated crusting as long as I use them. Looks like I'll have to break down and spend the money. I'm going by what my eye doctor observes as well as how my eyes look and feel to me.

Too many different essential oils . I used at bedtime & in morning the skin near eyelashes was red , tender & irritated. I had ordered 2 different brands to try . Other brand has no essential oils. After use , I had no negative reaction

I like using this product and try to order it when it goes on sale as you only get 14 in a box and it usually costs as much as a 30 count box. I gave 4 stars this time as this is the first time I've received the package not sealed and I counted and only received 13 in the box this time.
