PROS:~most adjustable ear loops yet to fit my tiny ears; three other makes/models I've tried in the $25-$40 just couldn't hang on.~carrying case.~charges quickly, altho I couldn't tell ya how long they last on one charge.~really cancels out/muffles external sounds; but then I just seem rude to people who might say something to me, like "hello".CONS:~my tiny ear holes can't seem to keep these in; no additional ear buds of varying sizes included such as with every other set of ear buds I've ever had.~constantly adjusting position of buds to maximize sound; not even sure if they're in at the right angle cuz they seem to keep popping out.~sound cuts out at times, even if my phone is in my pocket or bag.~if on a call, the wire/mic needs to sit in front under chin, not behind neck; maybe the issue is my mouth to neck ratio.~personally, I'm not so sure sound-cancelling is such a great feature; should probably be able to hear cars n such if going for a jog.Debating whether to return these and try a different brand altogether since these aren't perfect for my ears. Then again, it could just be my ears and I may have to accept that I will never find the perfect ones (in my budget). So I may just have to live with these after all.

Works great and is exactly as described. Arrived on time and there were no issues I use it everyday.Update: have had them for a year and still love them. No sound issues, no charge issues, nothing. They still work as they did the day they arrived which makes me very happy because I usually have lots of problems with headphones getting lower in volume or one ear that will stop working. No such thing with this product.

I really didn't love it because of the weird design. It went off in just one month and unable to hold it in my ear at all. The design is sure a downfall for human ears. Plus, funny thing is, AOSO sent me an email to have feedback for this product provided two links, "I like it" and "I don't like it" but the "I don't like it" link was not working means the company is only into accepting nice reviews it seems like.

Surprisingly comfortable and workable. Battery life could be a little better... About 4 hours of constant use... But good product. I particularly like the bendable sections allowing you to shape these over your ears

These were awful. They don't fit, don't stay in your ears and are heavy. I will be returning these for sure.

Works great but almost impossible to keep the ear piece in your ear. Constantly falling out.

While connected to phone the music played perfectly, but when a call came through it sounded like a robot was calling. Sorry I had to return them...

Terrible! Too big and bulky. Fall out of ears when running.
