Best bang for the buck
Overall, for the price, this is an excellent headset. Its full ear coverage helps to block out unwanted external sounds. It gets plenty loud although the bass response could be MUCH better. It's more suited for highs and mids, which, if you are using this for voice chat, is perfect. For music or game sounds, it leaves much to be desired. Again, at this price point, it's excellent. The voice quality over the mic is good and clear. The in-line Dongle for volume and mute controls is HUGE and heavy. You can actually feel the weight of the thing pulling on the headphones. There is a large wheel on the dongle that would appear to have a function, but it actually does nothing. The wire has a nice braided cloth cover, which you would not normally get on a budget item. They are a little tight on the head and get uncomfortable after long use. The Red LEDs are nice and would go well with any ROG setups. RGB would be better, but again, what do you expect at this price point. The cord could be a little longer, but that's just me nit picking. Overall, I would recommend this product for voice chat or in-game audio, but not for music.

7.1 Cinema Pro Audio at Budget Price thanks to Smartaudio
**UPDATE 11MAY2018**I have been using this headset daily as a creative and business professional for exactly one year, and sometimes for 4-6 hours at a time, but as of 01May 2018 the inline controller suddenly went bad, After research I found there is a circuit board inside and found this was the cause as none of the buttons worked causing complete loss of use the headset on both the audio and microphone. So I contacted my Seller, Smartaudios, and they took care of me. I simply would not buy from anyone else after receiving such wonderful service. One additional note that I found in my research of this headset, is that it has true 7.1 surround Audio. No wonder I fell in love with them, especially when listening to cinematic screenings with ATMOS and 7.1 surround as my Computer is a Very High End Compute and Graphic Rendering Machine with Sound Cards and External Studio Equipment to send such signal to this headset. Thank You Smartaudios!---------------------------------------------Unbelievable quality. These sounded better than my 100$ studio monitor Headphones. My mind is blown. Crystal clear microphone on top of that. You will Not be let down. I use them on Macs, PC and Linux Operating Systems.

very short lifespan
Update.....Since then after contacting the seller about the problem with the headset not only were they quick to respond, but also made sure I got taken care of. Thanks for being a great seller.Bought back in August 2017 and it's a shame not even a year of ownership the left ear speaker stopped working. So keep in mind if you do get yourself a pair be ready to just hear from just one headset speaker.

A low budget headset!
I love how comfortable they are on your head and you can wear them for hours with no problems. You can hear pretty well. Music and dialogue comes out pretty good on Spotify and YouTube, but it struggles a little when chatting. The mic picks you up fairly decently. The only big con is the sound leak. It's insane so if it's noisy around you, it could become hard to pick up anything coming out of the headphones. I can literally listen to conversations while listening to music and keep up. Overall they aren't bad for the money.

Great quality
These headphones are still holding up 6 months later and the quality of sound is just as good the day I bought them.

Great buy. Great bass
Was a little concerned about buying this headset due to not being a major brand. But don't let the name fool you. Awesome headphones for the price. Great bass and love the style as well. Headphones are bulky but that's what I like. Would recommend. They also look better in person.

Very Good but you've gotta install the right drivers and program to get a better audio experience.
Having BOUGHT these headset a month ago, I can fully give a honest and unbiased view unlike some of the other "reviewers".OK, here is the most important part regarding this headset. You MUST install the drivers from the Xiberia website (I had to go to the Chinese website and translate the page) either the T18 or T19 drivers, it doesn't really matter which one. The reason why is the plug and play audio is very poor. The bass is too high, treble and vocal are too low, and 7.1 surround sound is non-existent. With the plug in and play driver (Microsoft) you have only basic options to mess around with. However that all changes when you download and install the drivers because you also get a program called Xear Audio Center which lets you customize the headset properly. EQ, 7.1 surround sound, sample rate, microphone boost among other things you can tweak. Now the Xiberia K5 really starts to shine.I have played games (DOOM, Fallout 4, Battlefield 1 beta, Guild Wars 2) and listened to music (The Weeknd, Skrillex, Disclosure) with each sounding fantastic than before. The headset itself is light, sturdy and comfortable with good noise cancellation.Stylish enough that it doesn't look childish. The microphone is clear and precise.Unfortunately the inline control is slightly heavy that it feels like it drags a bit when you move your head and the wire is a thick, plastic coating painted like a braided wire.My personal view on the Xiberia K5 is that this a very good headset for £35 with nice features when you installed the right drivers and program.Only 4 stars because straight out of the box the plugin and play is very poor with no instructions or disc to help.P.S. I'm using them for PC, so I don't know if it will work for PS4 or Xbox One.

Cheap build
Not bad for £35 - but not as great as many of the (paid for?) reviews make them seem. The headphones are by and large made from cheap, lightweight plastic with the exception of the headband which is metallic. The "auto adjusting" padded band is held in place with tension wires which adjust using the weight of the ear cups when placed on the head - this means unfortunately that the headphones inevitably dip lower than the optimal position against the ear due to the excessive weight of the cups. The "braided" wire as noted by another reviewer, is just a printed cable but is nonetheless reassuringly thick. The inline remote is very cheap feeling and only offers mute and a volume slider - there is no way to turn off the red glow on the headphones which is a feature available on other models from this manufacturer so curiously missing here. The driver does improve the general audio quality - as already noted the website is entirely in Chinese so you'll need to use browser translation to get to the support page and download a generic pack. The software has some basic EQ, novelty sound adjustment and virtual surround functions but most people will not find much in there of use.The sound itself is reasonably loud and full, it won't impress audiophiles but for the price will be sufficient for most people. I can't comment on the (undetachable) mic as I don't intend to make use of it.

Excellent headphones for the price.
Purchased for my girlfriend. In her words; "the best headphones I've ever had". The build quality is solid enough; they look like a high-end product, they are incredibly comfortable, so long periods of wearing them are not a problem (I am comparing these to my own Razer headset which after a few hours, will generally hurt my ears-).The sound quality is better than you'd expect for a pair of headphones in this price bracket. My girlfriend has been using them for a while now and cannot find anything to complain about in this regard. In my opinion, there are just two things which the manufacturer could address; The headphones require the Xonar software, which can be downloaded from the manufacturer website, in order to fully utilise these headphones. They won't be able to achieve the advertised 7.1 surround without it. This is not clear to the user unless the user does a little research beforehand. The software is actually intended for Xiberia's high-end headphone range but in fact it works for most of their models. The in-line volume/microphone control is a little bulky - I am sure most people would be happy to have less "aesthetic" on this part of the headphones as long as the volume/microphone control still does the job.
