I use it for casting poppers and flies with a spinning rod. When putting it on the line be sure to pull the line tight so that it slips into the slit beneath the notch. Then twist the rubber ends. The blunt end picks up some weeds when retrieving the popper, but not too bad. Seems expensive, but I'm happy with them.

I ordered these hoping they would be a bit smaller than they turned out to be. They are a pretty cool design. I like the way they are easy to attach to a line. However, overall, I think the Adjust-a-Bubble that are made by the same company is a superior product that works much better for Bubble-Fly/ Bubble-Lure fishing.Using them as strictly a Bobber would be good, but the clear color would make them difficult to see.

Easy to add water works well

I am a spinner fisherman. I wanted to learn how to use flies and fly fishing techniques using my spin rod. Plenty of instruction on the web. Tie the bubble on, use 4lb or 2lb fluro if you want of about 5 feet and tie your fly on. Simple. Fun and l get to learn fly fishing before l make the leap to a fly rod! Quality, Easy to use and adjust the weight using water in the bulb. I can cast longer and for me more accurately than alot of fly fishermen.

Works as intended, it just didn't work for me!

Good Bobbers.

Fantastic product. Easy to put on and take off of the line. The rubber plug twists around the line to make it hold in place. It is water fillable for greater casting distance, and the rubber plug seals it well. No more taking your whole setup apart to get your float on and off of the line. So easy a kid can do it. Highly recommended!
