Heavy-Duty 16.5 ft Aluminum Multi Purpose A-type Extension Ladder

The problem is if you want to transport or move it. If you try to hold it as a regular ladder it will extend. There is not a lock mechanism to hold the ladder in in place. The lock prevents from going down and not up. If you need a small ladder and you use it once in a blue moon its perfect for you, its heavy but really small. If you want to use it in business all day long, forget about it. That's unless I am missing something.

poor quality manufacturing, bottom rail did not fit to assemble, holes drilled out of line. After too much back and forth I finally got a refund. Originally I was asked to provide picture proof of the defect, then when they recieved it, I was asked if I could not just redrill a new set of holes for the ladder. wow.

it does not lock properly and does not extend well...i would not recommend this at all, and if i could, i would definitely return it, however it seems that it would be too much of a pain to return

It was heavy, cumbersome and was broken right out of the box. It was not easy to use and it was difficult to lock each rung in place.

Garbage!, not a good ladder. It is very difficult to open up. The belt is too short , it can latch up.

Broke after 30 days of very light use.Horrible quality
