Reliable computer with reliable source.
Very happy with this product.Item was exactly as described. Very silent and good looking. Small enough to be hidden in my drawer. No need for ventilation.Customer service was excellent as they have promptly replied to my questions after purchaseProduct arrived on time with no delays as advertisedIt has been 3 weeks and I am totally satisfied with the mini computer. The first power on was very fast with no problems and is working fine ever since.I bought this for my study at home and I will place my second order for my office this month for the same product.

Had it a month, loving it. And you can buy a windows OS for super cheap.
I had to buy an OS, as indicated by others. This turned out to be easy and cheap. $24 online for Windows 10 Pro that fully activated with Microsoft without issue. I did a clean install instead of an upgrade and created an issue (I think) due to non NTFS formatting. I ended up downloading an ISO for Ultimate Boot DVD for free and reformatting the drive. A technical detour for sure, but that has nothing to do with the hardware.It's fast, silent, and so far working great 1 month in.

A lot of power and resources in a small package
I have purchased several of these for my small business to replace our aging computers. We started with just a few for the key people and the feedback was so positive I have since purchased enough to replace every single PC in our office with one of these. I highly recommend these mini PC computers to anyone looking for a lot of power and resources in a compact PC.

Fast, compact, sturdy
Very well built, compact, and surprisingly fast. The dual NICs are perfect for my application. I plan to deploy a large number of these. Installed Centos 7 on this one, and it runs flawlessly with full support.

What Happened??
After 6 months of my staff not being in the office, I started preparing my work stations, as I anticipate their return. To my surprise, I opened this new unit and it doesn't even boot up. Unfortunately, the return period has passed, and now I am stuck with a defective unit.This year cannot end soon enough
