Easy to use and plenty of juice
This is quite a pleasing bit of kit. It weighs a ton but batteries are batteries. The controls are well thought-out and the instruction manual is good. The main good points are the small size, variety of output connectors and clear, informative display. You can always see how much power is going in and coming out, and what the state of charge is.The capacity seems to be honestly described. I charged to 100% and ran down to 50%, and the right amount of kWh came out. Self-discharge is negligible - after a month of storage, capacity is usually 100% with no top-up needed.Mechanical design is good, with two robust handles that are easy to grasp. Despite the huge weight, there is no flexing anywhere when you pick up the device. The only thing I don't like is the fan noise, which is a shame because they call it a 'silent' generator. You wouldn't want this next to you while trying to work on a laptop or listen to music. I recommend noise-cancelling headphones.

Works flawlessly as a UPS for my iMac
Great simple to set up as a UPS. Only downside is fan noise when system is under pressure.

Fantastic piece of kit - but should be for the pirce!
Have a log cabin with no power, so got this to be able to watch TV and play a DVD on it, works perfectly, using about 15% of the total charge to watch a 2 hour movie on a decent sized TV. very quick to charge from mains (about the 90 minutes they suggest), read a few reviews complaining of the fan noise, but its hardly noticeable and only clicks on occasionally, maybe would be more annoying if you were running something silent. Its very well built and powerful, its pricey, but worth it if you want big power and have no electric, not tried to recharge it via car or solar yet, but it comes with the leads to do that as well. overall, very happy with it.

Good product. Good price
Good back up generator for camping or caravan if no hook up well made and good value for the money

Mains output cuts out
Very soon after receiving the item the mains started cutting out. I checked if there was too much load and at one point I only had a low power LED light plugged in and it still tripped.I sent it back and they kept it for 3 months then returned it with no details. It still trips with small loads and can even trip with no load.If you want a power supply for USB or don't mind it tripping out then it is fine. Otherwise I would not recommend this product.

Decent solar generator although less capacity than claimed - no app - problematic read on
Edited to 3 star review because the solar input has become very unstable and the mppt controller seems to have a problem maintaining and steady charge and fluctuates between 0 and 300 and then 150 and back to 0 again, same panels work fine on my other solar generators and on this before.. To be fair Ecoflow have got back to me and said it probably needs a firmware update but would need to be sent back to them (as there is no app support for over the air updates). A week on from this news I'm still awaiting a returns label and how to proceed. I will update again how this all ends, as it's an expensive product and a big consideration for most I feel it's worthy of taking time to document my journey.Further edited to 2 star, item got collected, apparently fixed and updated, now its arrvied back in a worse state, display sometimes doesn't turn on, none of the DC outputs work, totally lost confidence in this product so awaiting customer services, along with Amazon to help me with what to do. Maybe i got a lemon but Hampshire Generators who were in charge of the servicing and fixing of the unit clearly haven't done what they were supposed to - luckily the shipping was all free so has only cost me time.Just a quick rundown of the negatives first, as thats what people will probably want to know:- No app support, sad that all the other Ecoflow products support the great app (i have a River Pro so i'm a fanboy anyway and not just here to moan about the products) - why spend over £1000 and not have app support, guessing its an old product but still a bit of a letdown when the smaller batteries have the support (and its a great app)- Its not 1260wh as stated, i've barely got 1000wh into and out of mine even discharging below 100watts and not pushing it at all - from the DC too so no measured loses from the inverter which i know there are, i would've expected a little more capacity and also would like to see the test where they got the 1260 stated? Is this there for longevity like an electric car battery where they state its 41kw but actually usable is for example 37. I understand all this but its a bit misleading when you buy and think you have 1.25kw of usable storage (you don't)- Fans have got loud, they weren't quiet before but after 6 weeks of use they have definitely gone up in volume and buzz, using the item in the same place and on any load over 200watt its not something i'd want to sit by (in the living room or a campervan etc.) In a cupboard or under a computer desk where there is background noise then no problem at all, but its a lot louder than my 2 PC fans in the office. The price is excellent when on a deal, i woudn't pay the full price £1299 for it as bang for buck knowing you can't get the full capacity i would opt for a Bluetti or something closer to the 90% capacity stated. That being said, i bought this because it charges FAST from the mains, doesn't have a power brick to lug around either. Its light enough to be able to transport from the boot of the car to the office, to the solar panel set up i have and then back again.Power has been tested and happy to say that side is all true, i can pretty much run everything in my kitchen other my main oven and powerful kettle. For some reason it doesn't like one of my coffee machines, although i'm pretty certain it doesn't surge about the 3.3kwh stated, it just throws up an error on the coffee machine which is strange and i can't work out why.Solar charging is pretty good and as stated, watch out if you are doing setups with this and a smaller Ecoflow generator as this one is 10-65v and some of the other smaller ones (even the delta mini) is 11-37V meaning you can't parallel the solar panels if you want to switch out the solar generators you plan on charging so keep this in mind if you don't want to be faffing with panels!A great product but 4 stars as no app access and about 75% of stated capacity even under low load (no inverter) and when completely dead you can't even get in 1000wh so its never going to get more out of it, it can't magic energy. That being said perfect for a UPS device or someone toying with a solar setup/garden office that doesn't want the faff of lead acid batteries/inverters and generally messing around with something untidy when all this is in one box.I will update in a years time capacity as i use this item every day, almost down to 10% so the stated 500 cycles to 80% will come into play pretty quickly for me and i'd really be interested in seeing how much it loses.
