Would buy again.
Exactly as described. I liked that they included batteries in the Velcro pouch. They were wrapped in plastic. Had no difficulties figuring out how to make the pillow vibrate. There is a little squishy pod inside that triggers the vibration. If you don't squish it but just hug the pillow you won't get a result. My toddler with sensory needs is going to LOVE this.

Great for cramps
My wife liked it for premenstrual cramps. The problem? My dog thought it was HIS toy and chewed the living bejesus out of it. So, I had to buy a new one. Dogs love to stick their snouts into it and get it to vibrate and tickle their noses. The replacement is kept on a shelf away from Bentley. Very nice for abdominal cramping.

Returned. Defective and cheaply made.
Either mine was defective or it just takes a lot of pressure to get this thing working. Oh, batteries not included. The fabric was the cheap silky fleece.Overall it felt like a $10-15 "as seen on TV" pillow. It was not worth $25.

I took out the buzzer because it wasn't comfortable and as a pillow I love it.
