This 2" medallion will keep your brown sugar soft and many other foods including cookies and marshmallows. It will also re-soften hardened brown sugar and many other foods. Simply soak the medallion in water, then blot off excess moisture. Place in a closed container with brown sugar or other food to keep it moist for weeks. When food begins to dry out and harden, simply re-moisten the medallion and repeat the process.
