Rycraft's collection of KEEP IT SOFTS are made in their Arizona workshop by Robin Rycraft, artist, ceramicist and master craftsman. Made from natural terra cotta clay. This 2" medallion will keep your brown sugar soft and many other foods including cookies and marshmallows. It will also re-soften hardened brown sugar and many other foods. Simply soak the medallion in water, then blot off excess moisture. Place in a closed container with brown sugar or other food to keep it moist for weeks. When food begins to dry out and harden, simply re-moisten the medallion and repeat the process.
