Q: Description says 120 sprays, picture shows 60 sprays. Which one is it? Very misleading.

I ordered the 120 sprays, and received the 120 spray dispenser.

Q: do these 3 count package flonase all have a year until they expire or are they about to expire hence forth the discount price?

I just received this three pack within the past week (March 2016), and they all expire February 2017 or later.

Q: how does this compare to afrin?

Afrin is a nasal decongestant. Overuse could cause a rebound effect. Flonase takes a few weeks to be fully protective but is designed to be more preventative than treating a symptom.

Q: If I order 3x120 when is it’s expiration date?

Exp will be one year, for an individual I wouldn’t buy three pack unless all family using it. 120 sprays last about 2-3 month
