It works very well, it has helped me a lot in my workouts, I use it for 15 minutes in each warm-up. Very comfortable, the only drawback I have found is that it gets out of place with use but nothing that prevents you from training with it.-----Muy funcional, me ha ayudado bastante en mis entrenamientos, la uso 15 minutos en cada calentamiento. Good quality training mask as well as a secure fit.

I admit to being a bit skeptical about this product before purchasing, but I wanted to give it a fair shake. I used it about once or twice, but couldn't see myself using it again. It's too muggy in there and it just looks weird. I don't necessarily think there's anything wrong with this particular product compared to others like it, but it's just not for me.

Very cheaply made, charging top dollar for this China made junk! Don't waste your money, there are far more better masks out there and this isn't the one!
