The sound is not clear , is not high ,Very difficult to but in your ear 👂,It is I mean 🎤 is too long and also the cover for ear is damage quickly is not comfortable and no cover to charge it cost me about 80 usa dollar is not fear also it takes 3 weeks to recived the item and charge we are in 2023.

Good Quality but not long lasting
The sound quality mic and speaker are really good. It has no noise cancellation as it is only one ear version, however it cancels quite well the background noise for the other side. No issue to make a phone while next to a noisy street.I use it for work (8 h conference calls every day) Unfortunately it is not made for that. after 1 year parts become a bit loose.

Doesn’t fit well on my ear
The Bluetooth range is not better than my 10 yo Jabra supreme. The design has its flaws and could be better. After 2 months of use - everyone I talk to over it complain about the weak sound. So plantronics sucks
