I had been very interested in a camera doorbell ever since I saw one as I was searching other security items for my house. I think I researched almost all of the ones Amazon had listed for sale. With a budget of $100 to spend I found this doorbell. It looks great, did more than I thought these things can do, and was very simple to install.WIFI connection or hardwired connection to your home router for alerts and picture and video storage.Has a option to connect a electronic door lock and keypad for keyless entry for yourself if you lost your keys or anyone that calls you from the doorbell, you can decide to open the door from your phone anywhere you are, at home the back yard or in a different state a a guest needs access to feed your dog.When you press the doorbell symbol it calls your phone that you have installed & set up the application you need to control it. (100%. Free app without any fees or additional upgrade fees). Once you answer it shoes you live video of the person at your door. You can press the audio symbol on your phone and talk to them, hear the audio outside, and unlock the door (if you installed optional electronic locks) for them if u are away or just lazy and don't feel like moving from your comfortable spot. It takes a snapshot when they press the call for your record.Night vision works nice also. It does have a motion detection that activates the camera for security.All in all I am very happy with this purchase and recommend this to anyone that is looking for something like it.Great product!

This item came in today and it was obviously a repackaged return. Parts were laying free in the box and no instructions either.It seems very strange that they would sell a door bell unit that needs to be plugged into an outlet? Really, who has an outlet anywhere near their doorbell? Also it won't trigger your chimes. It seems to be built but that's about the only plus I can see to this unit. The APP you need to down load is clumsy and hard to use. In my opinion they need to go back to the design table and rethink this product or do a better job describing it on Amazon.I'm returning this product and hope to get my money back.

Not worth the price, it goes off all night long, the button does not always work. The sound and picture are out of time, to speak to someone at the door is a chore.

Never could get it to work, the ID number that you have to scan says its the wrong number, I tried to contact the company from the card they have in the box for about a week, they never gave me a reply
