These have a tolerable flavor, however they are very hard to eat. They break if folded, because they are dense and dry, and they are hard to swallow. you can pan fry to soften a little, but you'll have to eat quickly before they return to the cardboard-like state. If you want fewer carbs, I recommend a whole wheat tortilla. Common brands like Mission or Guerrero have even fewer carbs and are edible. If you want gluten free because you have celiac disease the pain of eating these is not worth it. If you want gluten free because you just think it makes you feel better, you should definitely buy these...because you're an uninformed simpleton.

I cannot tolerate all that flax fiber. Makes life hard for a celiac with diverticulitis.

too small to wrap and too thick to sandwich

Simply terrible. They're impossible to roll without cracking, even following the directions, making them thoroughly useless as a wrap. Also they taste the way Bactine smells.

Just a little bit of a kick, not spicy, super yummy. I've been eating Paleo for a few months (which this is NOT), but sometimes you want that texture of a grain product. This is the perfect compromise, gluten free but enough to satisy. :) Make sure to follow the directions to gently reheat. I expect it to crack every time and am OK with it...flavor is good!
