EPS Replacement Toner Cartridge for Samsung MLT-D101S/XAA Toner 1.5K Yield (SCX-3405FW, SF-760P,ML-2165W)

I was a bit skeptical of this product, because I've not had great luck with economy replacement toner cartridges. But I hate paying $70 or more for what essentially amounts to a "refill", so I figured I'd try this cartridge. The price point is low enough to make it worth a try. The good news is, so far the cartridge is working great. At least in my case, I've seen no quality difference between this cartridge and my last (Samsung "official") cartridge. This one produces a consistent image, with no streaks or blotches in the output. I like buying through Amazon because it's each to make repeat purchases. When I buy a product that proves itself, I can go back to past orders and simply reorder another one. This will probably be one of those "go to" reorders for me -- when it's used up, which hopefully will not be soon!

recieved it in Aug 2015 worked fine till a month ago, then it started streaking...have to pull toner out and shake it every 10 copies or so to make it work right.. it shows more than 80% ink still left in cartridge.. not a good deal if you have to play with it before printing. I just ordered the Samsung OEM toner because I have never had any problems with the last 8 Samsung toners I've used.. It's been to long to make a claim for a defective product claim through Amazon.. so much for saving money...I suggest Amazon not sell this product on their site..I was contacted by the company and Amy Chang, She authorized a replacement toner sent out because their products do have a lifetime warranty.Nice to deal with a company that really does care about customer service, a real game changer, I will do business with this company product again.

To be clear - I bought this replacement toner for my Samsung SCX-3405W. I made sure the toner was distributed evenly within the canister following the included instruction of moving the tuner slowly side-to-die. It installed easily, and printed several sheets if text just fine. The manufacturer notes state that with some printers, some streaking, etc., may occur, and if so, what to do to remedy the issue. I've printed about 50/60 pages so far, and time will tell if this purchase hold-up to be a great value. I think with non-oem products, there is a chance there can be manufacturing and compatibility issues occasionally, as some of voiced in these reviews. I decided to take a chance, and I'm glad I did.

This is the second cartridge from EPS that I have purchased for my Samsung SCX-3405FW. The first worked flawlessly. I was happily surprised when I found out that the price has been reduced since my last purchase making it an even better value.When I installed it in my 2nd cartridge in my Samsung SCX-3405FW it made grinding gear noises. But upon calling Mangoket I was connected quickly to a live rep who said the cartridge must be defective and sent me a replacement right away. Got it in less then 48 hours, and it works fine so I am overall quite satisfied with the final product and the service I received. Hope the 2nd cartridge was just bad luck.

Received the new toner cartridge and installed it in our Samsung ML-2165W wireless printer. It took a few seconds for it to be recognized by the printer, and no other user intervention was required. This toner cartridge works satifactorily producing text and images every bit as good as the OEM printer cartridge. I would buy another one from this vendor when that time comes again.UPDATE: 20 December 2013. Not as happy about this toner cartridge now. It is spilling toner inside the printer, the paper is getting wrinkled as it passes through the printer, and it seems to be leaving excess toner on the paper that does not get adequately fused to the paper (smears if you rub it with your fingers). I cannot find anything wrong with the printer itself. I will try a genuine Samsung cartridge next and update this review once I can accurately assess whether the problem is with the toner cartridge or the printer. At this point in time, I cannot recommend this toner cartridge.UPDATE TWO: 07 January 2014. Ordered the genuine Samsung toner cartridge and installed it a few days ago. With the genuine toner cartridge, the print quality returned to normal. No smearing, no wrinkling of paper and no excess toner on the paper. Just to be sure I didn't 'fix' something by removing and installing the cartridge, I re-installed the EPS toner cartridge and printed some more pages. Yup, the EPS cartridge is junk. The lousy printing returned immediately. Therefore I cannot recommend the EPS cartridge.

I have never bought a non OEM toner cartridge but thought I would give this one a try since the price was unbelievable. I installed the cartridge and was surprised at the quality of the print. In fact, the print is dark and very easy to read. I wish I had bought this before now and saved myself money. In the past I had bought the Samsung toner cartridges at my local Walmart for $68.00. I can easily buy 3 of the EPS for that amount. Will I buy this again? Absolutely will as long as my laser printer works!

Received quickly from the seller, it was in great condition and able to utilize it immediately. It works as well as if not better than the toner cartridge which was included with the printer. I am a full time student and have to print out a few hundred pages each week for my classes so this is extremely cost effective. The ink jet cartridges were costing $25 for 250 pages, but this is able to crank out 1200 to 1500 pages for $35 to $40. This printer also allows for easy access by utilizes my current wireless network. Love the printer and toner cartridges. When you purchase the replacement cartridges, it is able to reset so you can tell the ink level unlike the ink jet cartridges.
