I am not sure why this product is not agree with me. I am putting it in the refrigerator it just seems like it constantly melts out all over my face right when I put it on. It was very inexpensive and a goodbye compared to other eye appointments. Most people probably would like it but I have a severe case so I have no tears at all in it was missing something for me.

It is irritating and not like Refresh PM or Lacrilube that I had used for years. My eye is dry due to a tumor on my facial nerve. I am saddened that stores near me are not carrying those two products .
