With so many pads in such a small box, I expected some to be missing but they weren't. Great from a storage point of view until I was ready to use them and you can easily peel off the old ones & replace with these, you instantly can feel the difference with these replacement pads so i'm going to buy more for when I'mready to replace again. I think you would be best buying a set of these ready for when your oldones wear out. It would be frustrating if you use your muscle toner regularly then the pads lose their 'stickiness' and you don't have these to hand.

I've been using this most mornings for 3 months. I started off on a lower setting of 3 and have now progressed to setting level 5. The run time is a little under 30 minutes and can be rather uncomfortable until you get used to it. It is a good idea to remove any hair from the contact area before starting with this as that does help with comfort. I am pleased with the results. My tummy feels smoother and I can now get into my 32 waist trousers again. I cannot see a "six pack" but then I am 76 so that is hardly surprising. The battery has only needed two charges so far and is still going strong.The gel pads lasted about six weeks but I was unable to find replacements that were specifically for this item hence 4 stars rather than 5. That was not a problem, however, as I found similar pads sold separately on Amazon that have done the job very well.
