Lovely for fruit cake
I made several light fruit cakes for Christmas. I will use golden raisins again. They were delicious and a good colour.

Some cakes dont look so attractive with dark sultanas so alike in colour with raisins. I have used in cake making and bread & butter pudding. Flavour great and good value for money.
