I can't use deep heat as it burns my skins and leaves rashes but this helps take off the edge off stabbing shoulder gurdle pain and a little goes a long way

Unsure whether this has helped ease pain.
Not certain that this has helped, hence 3 stars. The aroma is lovely though! I have used several other muscle creams and found these to be the same (not much help). I need to say that I have only just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the knees, which could be the reason why I have not found any muscle creams that help.
