Super pour camenbert
J'ai fait un camenbert frit traditionnel que je fais d'habitude au four dans son emballage en bois...Pour commencer, il fait prendre un bon camenbert au lait cru et l'inciser sur le dessus puis le cuire 30 minutes a 190 degrés.Avantage : rien ne coule dans le four, on peut l'assaisonner ou rajouter d'autres ingrédients facilement.On peut manger dedans mais j'hésite et je préfère manger dans une assiette.Désavantage : il est moins croustillant mais ne brûle jamaisBref, bon achat un peu cher si il en faut un par tête.Livraison au top, très bien emballé.
