I received my order and tried it immediately!!. It's the best for adding spice without the yucky vinegar or salty taste most hot sauces have. It doesn't mask the flavor of the dish, only enhances it. Great on pad thai, fried rice, etc!!! I love spicy food and this one is the best.

It's spicy and I am Thai but it took almost 1.5 months to get to me so order now if you want it 2 months later.

I lived in Bangkok for 5 years. I got back just 2 weeks ago to America to a small town. I got on Amazon immediately. These are good unlike some other place I ordered. Spicy too and tastes fresh. It came in 1 week. It is only 20 baht at 7-11 and three times that much here but not their fault. I will order some more bags so I don't run out.

Been looking for something for a long time that would mirror the nice, clean heat I get from the ground chili in the condiment tray at my favorite local Thai restaurant. I've tried a few other brands but could never get that explosive heat I had to have. Maybe the others weren't the right type of chilis or they were inferior quality or whatever. These are perfect! They're HOT and it didn't take half the bag to make my Pad See Ew like fire!

This stuff is amazing. After getting about 200 packets of it from my local Thai place, I finally ordered it. I went through the whole bag in 3-4 weeks, so this time I started up ordered two. I also make my own ground peppers but the flavor and heat of this is just perfection.

I've been making Kimchi using regular Cayenne Pepper because the brand/type of Korean pepper did not give us the taste we like. So, I thought I'd try using Thai Pepper. Be careful, because this will "light you up!". I make a gallon at a time using 1 tablespoon of Cayenne and I used 1 tsp of the Thai and 2 of the Cayenne and it's awesome hot! Love the flavor.

You found the right product! I love spicy foods and this definitely provided the kick I was looking for. Highly recommend to lovers of spicy foods.

I like my food spicy and my hubby doesn't. This stuff is perfect to add to or sprinkle on anything that I want a bit of heat to. I added it to some chicken broth that I was making and it gave it the perfect hint of heat. It is very potent stuff. I suspect this amount will last me months. I put it in an airtight container in hopes of preserving the flavor and heat.
