Grocery Shopping Cart with Heavy Duty Swivel Wheels, Folds Flat with Wide Cushion Handle Bar, Mesh Bottom and Brake System

Ok well the Breaks broke within the first month but otherwise We have had this cart for over a year. It can carry a heavy load like cases of bottled water and such and hasn't given out or warped. Our can foods and smaller items don't fall through the sides or bottom like most carts. We recently had an accident that bent the bar on one side with the back big wheel but it is still woorking and hasn't broke yet which is really unexpected. Everyone asks about this cart and wants one, i think they should come down a bit in price or fix the breaks by making them out of stronger plastic.

I was very happy with my cart, super sturdy and easy to drive on busy NYC streets, but had noticed that the front wheels screws would get loose after a while and had to tighten them every so often. I kept telling myself to add some gorilla glue to the screws so that they stop getting loose, but before I got around to doing that I ended up loosing one of the front wheels on one of my travels! I was devastated and so disappointed, looked every where for it and looked for a replacement wheel at the local hardware stores with no luck. Finally I decided to reach out to the seller via Amazon and they promptly responded and sent me a replacement wheel for free! So refreshing to get prompt positive customer service with a solution these days! I replaced the wheel and this time added glue to be safe and I am back in business.

This is really a great way to bring in groceries from the car that you may not be able to carry however I feel that the locks for the wheels could be made a little bit stronger or a little bit better and the clasp To collapse it and store it also could be a little bit better as it comes undone and falls open all the time. Overall this is a great thing to have it’s just not as sturdy as I would’ve hoped but still in use.

It was clumsy to move around and now one of the wheels has broken off and it is past the returnable date. So what do I do ?

I like this cart especially the bottom grate, items don't slip through. BUT, the back wheels are cheap plastic. One wheel came off and the only thing in the cart was 64oz Tide detergent. Testing for another week for dependability. I also found RUBBER replacement wheels for $8, at walmart online, if I decide to keep it. Apr 2022 update I kept the cart and I'm using the orig wheels that came with the cart. This was a good purchase. No problem with heavy loads or moving in and out of public transportation. I recommend this cart.

Initially seemed like a good buy, but after barely using and storing, I tried it again and within 5 minutes it broke at the wheel base. This is obviously an area of weakness as other people have complained and requested spare parts. Again they denied even this - strange given they make a similar cart even today. Clearly cheap and obviously no customer service, so avoid and search amongst the weeds for something that's made with proper quality materials and do not buy from places where quality control is clearly lacking.

I love the cart, but the front wheel broke. Need a replacement wheel. I you stand behind the cart. It would be the front left hand side.

Cart had a dent when opened the box, see the pictures attached. It has a really good size and looks strong for now, maybe is too early to say because received it few weeks ago.I am not returning because really need this now and looks like the dent won't affect how it works
