EatMyTackle Sabiki Rig Bait Fishing Rod (8ft.)

 I had to tweek this rod some to make it work but for the price it seems to be quite a deal.

Decent design but the tip of the rod is poorly designed. The fiberglass does not sit flush with the plastic tip and it creates a possibility for the line to be frayed as it passes by. Returned first one and second had the same issue.

I have a bunch of longer sabiki jigs that this rod works perfectly for. The tip is a nice molded piece of plastic and the rod feels sturdy enough for a long life.

This thing is really good at preventing your sabiki bait jigs from hooking anything and everything on your boat (or your clothing, fingers, etc). My only issue is that I would prefer a shorter version, probably 7'. Otherwise working as designed

Great rod that reels the sabiki leader and hooks into the rod itself and protects it and you from the tiny hooks that like to snag on everything.

These poles are awesome! Perfect for sabiki fishing and perfect for keeping everyone safe on a small fishing boat because the hooks are stored inside! 3 of us were fighting over the two we ordered, do now I'm looking for a 3rd.

Wasn't to sure about this rod , but after trying it out it works great.

Only smaller hooks fit inside but good enough to catch opelu and akule. Easier than having to hang the sinker on the reel handle and all the hooks start grabbing the mainline and guides. Buy um brah, buggah is cherreh
