I used this product to see what long curly hair felt like and my cousins made me wear it in public

I was hoping to use it for a costume. At first it looked great but when I put it on, it had smaller bits hanging out awkwardly on top, plus there's no parting, and it wouldn't stay out. So I returned it.

I love this wig! It was shiny, bouncy, and not thin at all. It was longer than I expected -- I am about 5'6-5'7 and the longest strands would reach very close to my waistline, and I have a pretty average length torso. I was initially worried about the wig cap itself because I have a relatively large head, but when I tried it on, it fit surprisingly very well. I did wear it out to see how it held up, and unfortunately, it did slip around the end of the day with all the movement I had been doing, but I could probably stick a bobby pin or two in the cap to prevent that. Other than that, it held up very well and the tangles were surprisingly easy to brush out. I do recommend finger-combing it -- the curls are very prominent and brushing it out makes it slightly bushy and you lose those defined waves. Other than that, I would definitely order again. It also came with a wig cap, which I was surprised about. I'd say the only thing I didn't like about this wig was the weird hairline, but you can easily disguise it with a headband. All in all, great wig. Even though it's synthetic, it moves like real hair and it doesn't have that awkward shine like synthetic hair does. It's amazing!

My daughter needed a wig for her Tahitian performance because I ended up cutting her hair during this pandemic thinking there will be no performance or shows. So I bought this wig and trimmed the bottom cause it was too long for her size. The front looked funny, like you could tell it was a wig from the hair line but it was okay since she’ll be wearing a head piece. The back was perfect!!! It was thick and looked like her natural hair if I braided it for shows. Loved it and I didn’t have to braid her hair the night before, all I had to do is put this wig on!!!

I guess I should have expected but the plastic is kinda scratchy and the wig is not as full as I thought it would be. Ended up forgoing the whole costume because of this wig.

I feel bad giving this only 3 stars because nothing is wrong with it per se, but I didn't want it to seem like this wig is professional grade either. It's a great wig for a costume, cosplay or even day use if you're experienced enough to style it to make it look more authentic. But it is an affordable wig off Amazon so expect that kind of quality and you won't be disappointed. The texture doesn't look super "real" up close but should get the job done well depending what you're using it for.
