Since I started taking the fenugreek capsules, I have noticed a least 2 ounce increase in my milk production! I have to take the maximum recommendation (2 capsules 3 times per day) with food. I find the fenugreek very easy to swallow and they do not leave an after taste at all. Also, I find to have a better output if I pump about 15 minutes after taking the capsules.

This is a good tasting product, i love there is no bad aftertaste and ability to swallow is easy. I heard a lot of good things about fenugreek and its health benefits. Satisfied.

This increased my supply TOO much. It definitely works. I had to stop taking it because of oversupply. That’s a good problem, right?

It seems to be helping, I don't mind taking them. I've incorporated them into my supplements with no problems, either.

Got these to increase milk production. It worked for me. They smell weird and taste not so good but are average sized medication. Worth it if you are struggling breastfeeding.

I breast feed I take 2/day and I do feel that it helps me maintain supply.
