Rainbow Tapioca Pearls Boba Bubble Tea 2.2 lb by ADHealthyway Pack of 2

My kid is obsessed with boba and loves to make her own concoctions at home. I have gone through so many brands and have been disappointed with the texture or how they cook uneven leaving the center powdery or hard. I read through some of the reviews for these pearls and decided we would give it one more shot before giving up on making boba at home. We get the package and it looks like every other one. It claims you can make the boba in like 5 minutes and from my past experience this is not true but okay, ill give it a shot. She follows the directions adds a little sugar or honey to the water and sure enough, it makes the perfect boba. Just like the boba that you get in your drink at your favorite boba shop. I will only buy this brand from now on. She is hooked and this little package will help me save money and keep her out of those pricey boba shops.

Not sure about taste, because I bought these for sensory play for the kids, and they work perfect. Being non toxic (to an extent, since it still contains some dyes that I don't like) it works great for the kids to play with as water beads. And I don't have to worry when they put them in their mouths.

These tapioca pearls are easy to cook and come out with the perfect consistency if you follow the directions on the packet. I have tried other ones for making bubble tea at home and they had a weird, dry texture. These came out perfectly. I of course love them because they are colorful too! It makes drinking bubble tea a little more fun! I would recommend only making the amount you need and then storing the rest in an airtight container. One time I made them all, but it was too much for me to have before they started to sog.

I bought this to make my own bubble tea at home because I love it so much, and this was exactly like the bubble tea I'd buy at a restaurant. It cooks fast and is exactly what I was looking for. Only downside is I can't make more than one drink's worth. I tried making more once and storing it in the fridge as I read I could. But the texture is never the same after being in the fridge (it's hard and too chewy). Now I just cook what I need for one drink at a time.

Ive been watching Crazy ExGirlfriend on CW and they drink this stuff all the time.. I wondered what it was so I got some and tried a few recipes and am IN LOVE.. This kind is super simple to cook too. Just boil for 5 mins and go! I always add sugar to the water while boiling for a sweet flavor and sometimes I add Matcha WHILE COOKING.. It infuses the boba with the flavor of the matcha. My favorite so far has been pouring green tea over it and adding some vanilla almond milk.<3

They were exactly as I expected, package and all. I am mainly using them for my 1-year-old​ for sensory play. They are easy to cook, they do take some time(more than the front of the package says). The instructions tell you in more detail how long you will need. They don't taste like anything on their own. You will need to add sugar to them. I will say for a sensory play it works GREAT. They do get kinda sticky when they get dry.

Really good product for beverage or dessert recipes. You can easily add these boba tapioca pearls to iced teas and cooled beverages of choice. Make sure to have some wide straws to pull those pearls up the stream!
