I know it's just a kid's bell, but it doesn't work right. It looks cute on a bike but the bell does not ring right. The lever doesn't reset. It is a warning device and should at least work to alert people that there is a bicycle behind them before they get run into. Not happy with Amazon's vague return policy on this one. This is the first time that I have been told that returns are ineligible. I don't return many items at all, so this must have been a product that got returned a lot at one point.After asking Amazon why I couldn’t return it, I was told it was because of the FBA program. News to me, Google It if you are curious. Anyhow, since I don’t return many items, they did refund my money and I appreciate it. It’s a shame, it looks cute on her bike, but it doesn’t work without sticking, so why have it on there if it is going to be a problem to use?

This bell is super cute but does not work properly and already is Rusty after having it on the bike for less than a month. Super disappointed. It doesn’t properly fit on the bike handle, so it’s flopping down and impossible to ring. I would return this if I could because it’s an absolute waste!

does not ring well....but cute. Bell tone is usually flat and requires some messing with to get it to ring right. My granddaughter likes it, but it does not adequately serve as a warning

I ordered 2. One didn’t work at all and one barely works. The best part? You can’t return them. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered two bells. One worked well. One doesn’t even ring. Would not recommend. Very cheaply made.

Broke after 2 months when my daughter dropped her bike on the ground. I'll buy another because it's a great price.
