Update: after six months the cable broke at the base of the micro usb connector.No complaints with the whatsoever after a month or so. I like the fact that I can through it into my backpack or take it to any trip without the mess of having to deal with all the cables. Only opportunity for improvement: it took a while from when I ordered to when I received it. But that's not product related and it was stated clearly in the product shipping information.

For some reason the plastic sleeves that butt up against the USB plugs come loose and when they to they get stuck in the wire spool which messes up the mechanism. Otherwise this works well and as advertized.

Hi, my rating is because when I'm charging my cell phone and want to talk holding it, I it bothers me the weight of the circle where the cable is wound, the rest well.

Worked nicely for about a month, then one of the 3 failed. Great concept, but I don't think they are built for any type of robust use. The transition from the wire into the plugs seems quite fragile and a point of failure. I'll be contacting Amazon for replacement and give it a second shot, but I am not holding out much hope.

Felt a bit more sturdy than the really cheep models. It functioned as advertised for a few months, than the cable broke at one end...even faster than the really cheap ones.

I used this in the car. It's for cord length when I need it, but doesn't take up space or get tangled on my console. Would have preferred orange, but the green is fun too. Sometimes take more than one try to retract.

I like the EZOPower retractable USB cable for charging my new cell phone, I checked the quality of the EZOPower cable with an Android app called Ampere. It lets me know which cables charge the cell phone fast and which are slow. The EZOPower cable did just as well as the original equipment from Samsung cable does. And the EZOPower cable is compact and never tangles it's wires. I love it, and my wife likes her's also.

Not a high speed cable, but it works. Just not if you are in a hurry. It also doesn't seem very durable.
